To be honest I thought the first episode was pretty bad - second one was much better though so hope they can keep the momentum going.

You know, Pat, I agree. I think I was just so relieved it was back, and so amused by the Jack/John banter, that I enthused prematurely. Ep 1 was seriously lacking in story. I am looking forward to catching up with ep 2 on Tivo this weekend and will no doubt let you know my verdict then.
